About the Local Spin
Our machines accept quarters, or you can download the Dexter Pay app that will allow you to pay through credit, debit, Google , or Apple pay that will also allow you to tailor your wash cycles, know when to add additional laundry products, and will allow you to know in real time as to the process of your washer and dryer also when they are done. Also, we run promotions through the app. We give discounts for using cooler water cycles.
We have a fully stocked vending area, a quarter pusher, Touch tunes, ATM, bill changers, free WIFI for you to use while you do your laundry, plenty of seating inside and out, with a large amount of parking spaces.

If I could I would give 10 stars for this place!!!I’ve been to many laundromats but this is hands down the best one yet! You definitely feel at home when you walk in also it’s very clean and organized! Nicest laundromat I've been in! We are on vacation and needed to wash some clothes. They even have coloring books, games, and puzzles to keep the kiddos occupied! Highly recommend!

I have been to a few laundromats . And I must say this one is the best by far . Everyone treated me so kindly . Liz is very kind helped me with my loads . The owners come out to greet you and they are very genuine. Really made me feel comfortable and welcome. If you have to use a laundromat this is the place to go. Fast Squeaky clean and AWESOME ATTENTIVE staff. Products are readily available. They even have stuff to keep the kids busy and adults lol. Change machine for dollar's and change that actually work. And the best part they have a app you can download so you can control your machine from your phone and pay . So you don't have to worry about keeping track of money while you wash. I will continue to go here even when my washer and dryer are fixed. And they also have discount days . Can't go wrong with this place at all.

Looks brand new, everything modern and clean, nothing out of order. Coins accepted, or there's a free app that was easy to use. Change machine, vending for soap and beverage vending all available. Free wifi, nice space to fold or wait. Staff member was VERY friendly and checked on us often.

Love love love this place!! The cleanest most accommodating laundry mat that I have ever seen. We drive from Mexico Beach to use this service as it is so much nicer and accommodating than the laundromat in St. Joe. Thanks for bringing a clean business into the area!!

I love coming here and the owner and employee is so nice to me , it’s like Cheers but it’s a laundry mat!! Super clean washers and dryers and I love the app where you can pay with Apple Pay !!!

This place is high-tech, inexpensive, clean, clothes wash and dry fast, free WiFi for all customers and they have an app to keep up with your laundry and to pay for your spins. Never seen nothing like it! The owners are great, can't speak enough about them. Definitely, my and my baby's new go-to laundromat.

Local Spin Laundromat is by far the nicest laundromat I have ever been to visit. The atmosphere is clean and bright, the machines are all top notch, and there is even a snack machine and free wifi. Paying is made easy with a simple app or you can use quarters. There is plenty of room to hang out while waiting for your laundry to finish. The mural on the wall is a piece of art worth stopping to see in and of itself. The owners are super friendly and easy to deal with. I drive an extra 30 minutes just to use the Local Spin.

Great, local, family-owned business with State-of-the-Art Laundry Equipment. The cleanest facility I have ever stepped foot in & the nicest owners! Very impressed with their business & it is a much needed addition to the community. Even if you don't have to do laundry, go check out their wall length mural highlighting our area!

Not only are the owners incredibly friendly... This place is nice! The machines are efficient and the app to run them is incredibly convenient if you don't want to deal with quarters (though they take change too). Highly recommend!

As a New Business joining an Established Neighborhood it seems fitting to award them less then Zero! My review was NOT solicited, as many other's have complained about. Opposite! They would rather not see the Truth here....Owner/Operator lacks common manners, communication skills.. Enjoys removing protected trees, foliage, adding a bright white light in the Bay Area where lighting should be YELLOW like all other's. Oh plus adding new cameras in view of a Residential Back yard, private area. The privacy of your own back yard is of no regard to Local Spin. Manners mixed with Communication is a lost Art.Now understand the meaning of Encroachment. Ill Mannered Business encroaching, on Private Home. To the ones that have enjoyed ruining a once peaceful area.

We have been so excited to try this laundromat and today was the day. We love it. It is extremely clean with great size washers and dryers. The staff and owner were very nice and helpful with the app. As well as very sweet to my children that came along. The app should be a five star rating on its own. We are from the Mexico Beach area and driving to Parker was very worth it. Best and most affordable laundromat I have been to in this area.

Went here the other day to dry clothes. Super clean and nice. Been waiting for it to open up definitely was worth the wait. The nicest Laundry mat in the area for sure with security. Don't have to worry about addicts and homeless bothering u for money or have to deal with snobby owners(nearby laundry mat) that are rude and bad attitude like other laundry mats in the area. The owners here are super nice and helpful. I hope to see the new place thrive 🙂 definitely have a new customer

Literally the best place to do laundry in town... super clean..friendly staff... even gives my son a small puzzle toy to keep him occupied while we wait each time we have been... last wash is at like 8pm which is later than most other places so I dont have to rush after work.... wont wash anywhere else..love this place...

The cleanest laundromat in town. Staff is very friendly and very helpful. The machines are wonderful and clean. And we absolutely love the coin machine. Although we never win any money lol.

Super Clean, Nice Sized Machines, & Friendly Owners. Plus let me add SUPER affordable.I’m glad I chose to check this place out today. It was definitely worth it and easy to wash clothes and dry them. Didn’t have to spend a lot, nor wait a long time between washing and drying. This is probably the BEST laundromat I’ve been to in Panama City. Thank you for adding this nice establishment over on this side of town, we are locals and will definitely be returning every week.
